5 Min Rava Upama

HUNGRY KYA???

First 30 Secs.

Pan 1: 3 to 4 tablespoons of Rava (or Suji), an Indian term for semolina, Roasted for 30 secs on high flame. END of 30 Secs on lower the high flame to simmer.

Second 30 Seconds.

Pan 2: Hand full of Chopped Mixed Veg. (Cheating 1: Use Frozen Mixed Veg), fry with a little oil sprayed on to it.... END of 30 Secs on high flame take it off and mix with the Rava & pour about 150 Ml water into the Pan 1.

Next 30 Seconds.

In Pan 2, (Tadakafy) Temper Til (sesame seeds) & curry leaves with sprayed oil, add chilly powder to taste. High flame till the seeds start to Crackle. If you are not really weight conscious add half a table spoon of Ghee (Clarified butter)
The unchecked consumption of which has lead to the increase in the total mass of the Earth, No seriously. Ghee just adds mass to the BACK SIDE, cos it attracts small particles that fall to the earth from the moon during full moons  )

Fourth & Fifth 30 seconds

Add this tempering to the Semolina Veg Mix.... Add water if required to get a thick consistency......

That is 2 mins thirty seconds....... Serving Suggestions....

I like it with Banana & Sugar...

Can also be served with two combinations
1. Curd, Tomato Pickle.
2. Dosa Pudi (MTR) with Curd.
