Sin 2 The 10 Min Tuna Omelette

You need....

Two Eggs

Tinned Tuna..... 50 gms.

Garlic.......Two Small  Pods.

Fresh Jalapenos...... five to six slices (My alternate to green chillies)

Cherry Tomatoes ........3 to 4 tomatoes

Salt to taste.

Cooking oil..... 2 table spoons......


Beat the eggs, with a little salt into a smooth blend. 

Mash the Tuna and the rest of the ingredients (rememebr the Tuna is already a bit salty, so go easy on the salt) using a mortar & pestle.

Light oil on the pan, heat it and turn the gas down to a low flame ....

Pour the egg and spread it to a 08 inch cirlce....

Spread the mixture along the centre of the egg. Fold up the sides to cover the filling.....

Cover to cook the omlette on a slow flame. After a min turn over and cook for another minute.

Serve with boiled corn and toasted bread!
