You need....
Fresh Chicken 900 gms.
Fresh Garlic Paste 50 gms.
Fresh Lebnah (hung curd) 50 gms.
Fresh Jalapenos 50 gms. (My alternate to green chillies)
Fresh Ginger thumb sized pod.
Red Chilli powder to taste
Salt to taste.
Ok here's the reason for sin ... 50 gms of Ghee (clarified butter) for those who want to leave it out they can.
Blend all of the above.
Marinate chicken in the refrigerator overnight.
Keep out side for half a hour before grilling for 40 mins at 200 degrees C.
Serve with boiled / stir fried veg and bread!
